Heirs of one of the oldest families of olive growers and millers in Molfetta, for 10 years we have totally oriented our olive production towards organic cultivation. The olive groves of the farm, all certified organic, extend over a total area of 17 hectares north of Bari, close to the Adriatic Sea, where the fertile soil and the mild and fragrant climate of the sea give birth to an oil with exclusive organoleptic properties。

The care in the method throughout all the processing phases, from pruning to manual harvesting from the trees, to the transformation, filtering and packaging of the finished product contribute to the production of GRAN PREGIO, certified organic and excellent oil.

Caputo Maria farm is a family running company that continues a decades long family tradition aimed at investing in oil extraction technology for the production of Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The oil mill and olive groves are located in Puglia, the region with the largest production of extra virgin olive oil in Italy.
